How to Manage your Domain Settings (Nameservers or Contact Info)

You can point a domain to any server any time you wish, just remember that this is a process that takes 24 - 48hrs, this is known as propagation. In order to point you domain to a certain server

1. Login to your Client Area, and click on my domains to manage each domain separately:

2. Click on the drop down arrow next to the settings icon (spanner)

3. Select the function you want e.g. Manage Nameservers to point your domain to a server or whois contact information. Please make sure when editing contact information to remove characters that are not letters before you save. If you leave out an item on the form and do not wish to add it, please leave a blank space. Always make sure to use the right format for a phone number as well (+266.58123456), failure to do this will create an error in the registry and the information will not save.

Make sure the phone number format is as below: (+)country code(dot)number without any space.
